The Emotionally Intelligent Leader Report provides individual multi-rater report based upon an individual’s self plus other assessed Emotional Intelligence.

For each of the seven skills of Emotional Intelligence, the report presents:

• Leadership focused language

• Relative EI development opportunities
• Rater specific assessment results

This report can be used as part of an individual assessment, coaching program or group(workshop) delivery.
