enduring impact program

The GENOS Enduring Impact Developmental Series has been specifically designed for application at frontline employee through to manager levels.

​The series is comprised of five half-day modules:


  • Introduction to EI
  • The Aware Leader
  • The Authentic Leader
  • The Expansive Leader
  • The Centred Leader


The program is designed for delivery over a 3-5 month period.This blended learning solution is supported with action learning projects and the capability to integrate with an online collaborative learning platform such as MyGenos.net.


The program can be delivered to a team in facilitated sessions or as one-on-one coaching.
